4. Billing and payment methods
- Accept payment method：
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Automatic deduction by local banks in Japan (J-Debit)

- Periodic deduction：
- Monthly payment plan: Automatically deduct money from the payment method you specify on the same day of each month.
- Annual payment plan: Deduction on the same day of the same month every year.
- Notification of payment failure：
- If the payment fails, we will notify you by email. Please update the payment information within 7 days. Overdue may cause service interruption.
5. Cancellation and refund policy
- Free trial: New customers enjoy a 14-day free trial, during which there is no need to bind a payment method.
- Cancel at any time: You can cancel your subscription from the member background at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period.
- Refund rules：
- The monthly payment plan does not provide partial monthly refunds.
- The annual payment plan can apply for a full refund within 30 days after the first annual fee is paid, and overdue payment will not be accepted.

6. Dispute and chargeback process
If you have any objections to the fee or apply for a refund, please contact customer service according to the following process first：

- Applicable law: This commercial disclosure and all transactions are governed by Japanese law.
- Tax: All subscription fees must be paid separately from the Japanese consumption tax (the current tax rate is 10%). If you are an overseas customer, please declare it yourself in accordance with local tax regulations.
